Many agree that things are wrong and nobody wants a war ( only a few ignorant and those that will make the profit ) ... there is an inertia... a frozen-ness... it seems to have happened after or during covid...
The majority knows that Washington has lost it.. we are in the hands of greedy, arrogant and ignorant industry leaders, who too have lost it by now, noone in their right mind trusts them anymore.
And maybe, just maybe, this is what we need to forget all the petty differences, realize that we are the nation, the people and we already have the power.. if we stick together ...without a war.
Amazing poem. This really explores something that is more or less used metaphorically and makes it stand to the tests of the real world.
